Pancake Day has arrived! There's always a lot of fun making pancakes and trying new toppings - what's your favourite?! Whatever the topping is, it is always a treat and fun way to spend the morning or evening! Usually it takes a few attempts to get the pancake shape, thickness or taste perfect for your tastebuds, so your kitchen always ends up taking the brunt of your experimentations and always needs a good clean afterwards! Well the same applies to your teeth and gums - do make sure you thoroughly clean your teeth and gums at the start and end of the day to ensure they are protected and to avoid build up from your food or acid attacking the tooth. We also recommend rinsing your mouth with mouthwash before brushing to avoid washing away the protective ingredient 'fluoride' in your toothpaste
