We are delighted to welcome Dr. Jaume (James) Escoda-Francolí to our team as a highly experienced Specialist Oral Surgeon with advanced expertise in oral surgery, dental implants, and periodontology.

Dr. Escoda-Francolí is a third-generation dentist, trained by leading maxillofacial surgeons, implantologists, and periodontists across Europe and the USA. After obtaining his dental degree and master’s degree in Barcelona, he went on to complete his Doctorate in Oral Surgery, focusing his thesis on the use of synthetic bone grafts for bone regeneration.

His distinguished academic career includes serving as an Associate Professor at the University of Barcelona, where he trained future generations of dentists and specialists. He is also the author of multiple peer-reviewed papers published in Medline/PubMed and an invited lecturer at national and international dental congresses. His commitment to advancing dental science continues to enhance his clinical practice.

In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Escoda-Francolí has extensive hospital experience, having worked as a Consultant in Oral Surgery at the Royal Hampshire Hospital. He is also trained in sedation techniques, ensuring that even the most anxious patients can undergo treatment in comfort.

Clinically, Dr. Escoda-Francolí has a proven track record of success. Since 2004, he has placed over 5,000 dental implants, consistently achieving a success rate above 95%. His meticulous approach, combined with his warm and approachable nature, allows patients to feel confident and at ease throughout their treatment journey.

Outside of dentistry, James is passionate about professional development, fitness, travel, and enjoying nature with his family and friends.
