Dr. Sanjiv Rikhi is the founder and principal dentist of Aromaden and Cobham Beauty & Laser, where he has established a multidisciplinary practice dedicated to clinical excellence in dentistry and facial aesthetics. With over three decades of experience, he is recognised for combining advanced skills with a caring, patient-focused approach.
Sanjiv qualified from the University of Liverpool School of Dental Surgery in 1990 and has since pursued extensive postgraduate training in the UK, Europe and the United States. He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Restorative Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Institute and has trained to Masters level at the world-renowned Rosenthal Institute of Aesthetic Dentistry in London, New York and Miami.

Dr. Rikhi has been at the forefront of cosmetic and digital dentistry since the early 2000s:
   •    Invisalign: He has been providing discreet orthodontic treatment with Invisalign since 2003, making him one of the earliest adopters in the UK and giving him over 20 years of experience in achieving beautifully aligned smiles.
   •    CEREC® technology: Also since 2003, Sanjiv has offered state-of-the-art same-day ceramic restorations, using pioneering CEREC digital technology to deliver precise, highly aesthetic results in a single appointment.
   •    Smile Makeovers: Since 2004, he has specialised in full smile transformations, drawing on his advanced training in porcelain veneer techniques at the University of New York, Miami, and London’s Eastman Institute. His artistry and technical skill allow him to achieve natural-looking, bespoke results uniquely tailored to each patient.

Alongside dentistry, Sanjiv has also been a leader in facial aesthetics since 2002. He has undertaken extensive advanced training in wrinkle-smoothing treatments and dermal fillers, working with renowned products such as Restylane and Sculptra, to deliver subtle, rejuvenating results that enhance natural beauty.

Dedicated to staying at the cutting edge of his profession, Sanjiv completes more than 50 hours of postgraduate education every year, attending international courses, lectures and congresses. He has been a member of several prestigious organisations, including:
