During the last few months our lifestyles have had to adapt and change to the current global health situation and everyone will be affected in different ways. As day-to-day routines and everyday errands are being introduced slowly, we all still need to maintain a unified effort to protect each other's health and safety. We are now re-open for existing and new patients and we want to assure that we are going beyond our usual health and safety precautions and following government and CQC's guidelines to continue to protect our patients and members of staff.
The ways in which we work have adapted and listed below are a few examples:

COVID-19 screening questions are in place to ask patients 24 hours before they attend their appointment

On arrival of appointments patients are screened again before entering the dental practice

Hand sanitiser is available on arrival and throughout the practice

Patients are to wear face masks or face coverings within the practice areas and on their journey to the dental practice

We are limiting only 1-2 people maximum at a time in the waiting area to maintain social distancing

Before entering a surgery room, boxes are available for belongings which are decontaminated between each patient

All staff are trained in new PPE equipment and procedures

Please note that while we are doing our best to follow precautions and guidelines, we also want to meet your comfort needs as well - the team will maintain its welcoming and relaxing atmosphere and approach. We are open for our existing and new patients.
