Arrival
Aromaden would be grateful if you could arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time. This is to allow for any paperwork or changing of clothes.
Gift vouchers
Aromaden are pleased to offer gift vouchers so your friends and family can also enjoy the treatments. A gift voucher of any value can be purchased for treatments or products. Our gift vouchers are valid for one full year from the date of purchase.
Cancellation
Aromaden appreciate 48 hours notice of any cancellation. We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations of 50% of the treatment fee and for no-shows, 100% of the fee. We do operate a 24 hour reminder telephone message the day before an appointment.
